scrum day conference

2024 Schedule

This year's theme is "Deliver Products with Value".  Sessions will discuss how to use Evidence-based Management to focus your team on value and how to define products to ensure that teams are aligned around value.  Other breakouts will focus on using AI to reduce repetitive tasks and help the Scrum team focus on complex work.

Scrum Day opens at 8:00 AM CST, and our powerful morning keynote starts at 8:30 AM CST. After that, participants are invited to attend break-out sessions. Break-out sections are held on topics for Product Owners, Developers, Executives, and Scrum Masters. Each speech is self-contained, and you can attend any individual speech that sparks your interest.

Don't miss out on our closing keynote and giveaways which wrap up the day by 4:45 PM CST.

Storytell your agile pains through comic strips

This session spans two hours, unlike the other break-out rooms which will in this same time period have two 45-minute sessions.

Why is this session 2 hours?  Because you will be learning the thought process behind how to draw a comic strip and you will be drawing your own comic strip in this session.  Art skills not required!  (In fact, it might be more fun if you don't have any art skills at all.)

Bring a little humor to your Agilé implementation during this two-hour workshop with the writer of Comic Agilé.

Luxshan Ratnaravi, Writer for Comic Agilé
