Rob Jawor brings over 21 years of experience in Agile methodologies, technology management, and project leadership to his role at U.S. Cellular. As an Agile Coach, Rob is passionate about simplifying complex concepts, driving successful transformations, and empowering teams to achieve their potential.


With more than 20 Agile and Scrum certifications, Rob’s expertise spans roles such as Senior IT Project Manager, Program Analyst, and Executive Tech Support Technician, providing him with a 360-degree perspective on organizational challenges and opportunities. Known for his practical coaching style, Rob helps teams make incremental improvements and tailor solutions for real-world environments.


A graduate of DePaul University with an MS in IT Project Management and the University of Phoenix with an MBA in Technology Management, Rob combines academic knowledge with industry expertise to guide Agile transformations. With a blend of technical acumen, Agile expertise, and a people-first mindset, Rob is driven to help teams and organizations deliver meaningful results through Agile transformation.


Outside of his professional career, Rob is an active referee for soccer, boys lacrosse, girls lacrosse, and box (indoor) lacrosse. An avid sports fan, he proudly supports the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL), Maryland Whipsnakes (PLL), Saskatchewan Rush (NLL), and Chicago Bears (NFL).
