The Fishbowl
This isn't your average panel discussion
Join us for an interactive and engaging session where we’ll co-create a Product Backlog of audience questions and explore them through a dynamic fishbowl discussion.
This is your opportunity to ask the questions that matter most to you—and to experience a powerful Liberating Structure you can use with your own stakeholders to build a product backlog or prioritize features.
We’ll begin with a variation on the 25/10 Crowd Sourcing Liberating Structure. Each participant will write a question on an index card. Then, we'll play some music and mill around the room passing cards until the music stops. When it does, you’ll review the card in your hand and vote on the question’s importance. We’ll repeat this process several times, allowing multiple rounds of voting. At the end, we’ll tally the scores to create an ordered Product Backlog of questions based on what the audience values most.
Next, our panelists will address the questions in priority order.
Here’s the twist: if your question earns the top spot, you’ll have the option to join the fishbowl and discuss it live with the panelists.
It’s a high-energy, participatory experience that puts the power of prioritization directly in the hands of the audience.
