About Neha Bansal

Currently serving as Head of Product for Meta Ads Manager, Neha leads the Reporting suite that drives nearly 85% of Meta’s revenue. Prior to her role at Meta, she shaped product strategy at Google, where she managed product teams across Google Analytics, Lift Measurement, and B2B Google Shopping.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Neha is an angel investor and a mentor to over 20 consumer tech start-ups, helping the next generation of innovators bring impactful products to life. She holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics and Statistics from Lady Shri Ram College, India. Neha has lived and worked in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., South Africa, and Israel, giving her a truly global perspective on product innovation and leadership.
