What is Scrum Day Madison Like?

Scrum Day Madison has outstanding speakers, activities, and a showcase from local industries as well as a day full of activities and surprises.
The day starts with a morning keynote, which this year will be "Improvement to the Nth Degree" by Chad Beier and Jeff Bubolz. Following the keynote, participants can choose to go to a series of break-out sessions with everything from improving your Jira set-up to activities around Incremental Delivery, an Ask an Executive panel and more. We are thrilled to announce that Agile Manifesto co-author Alistair Cockburn will be our afternoon keynote with a focus on Returning to the Heart of Agile. We will close the day with a Big Show Finish from master facilitator Darin Harris.
