There are many ways to explain a topic as rich as Scrum. We have found that one of the most effective ways is to ignore entirely the formal language of Scrum, and instead tell it as a story. First we're going to tell the story, as it appears in our book: "The Scrum Princess."  Then we will talk about the approach and principles we used in constructing the book, from modern child literature focus to ancient Greek mythmaking rules.
