Sagar is an independent consultant and seasoned leader in project and program management, with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale, strategic initiatives across sectors including financial services, insurance, government, startups, M&A, Private Equity, and IT Applications, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity. He specializes in aligning enterprise strategy with execution using structured Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.

Sagar is also an experienced educator, actively engaged in teaching, training, and coaching at universities, corporations, and industry conferences. He is passionate about advancing practical agility, and currently partners with Rezoomex—a blockchain-powered, AI-driven platform—to help teams accelerate product delivery from idea to MVP.

 

He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, along with certifications in Project, Product & Portfolio Management, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum Mastery, and Enterprise Agile Scaling. Sagar is an active member of the Project Management Institute and the Rotary Club of Madison.
