AI is beginning to blur the boundaries between product discovery, design, engineering, testing, and delivery. In this session, Sagar Awate explores the emerging AI Product Builder (AIPB): a domain-rich practitioner who moves beyond defining requirements and managing backlogs toward greater end-to-end ownership of product outcomes.

Drawing on an enterprise product-modernization experience, Sagar will explore how agentic workflows may help preserve context, reduce handoffs, support faster learning, and carry product intent further toward working solutions. The session will also consider how Product, Engineering, specialists, and AI agents might work together, and why human judgment, organizational context, and meaningful ownership become more important, not less, as AI takes on more of the work.
