Scrum Day Madison 2025 is excited to welcome Branden Ramsey, Sr. Director of Digital Transformation at Axiom, as one of this year’s featured speakers.
Branden will take the stage to share lessons from one of the most ambitious engineering efforts of our time: building the next-generation space station. In his talk, Aligning Roadmaps to Build the Future of Space, Branden will explore how roadmap planning becomes a catalyst for alignment—not just across timelines, but across people, priorities, and possibilities.

Branden brings a rare blend of technical depth and business savvy to this topic. Over the past 20 years, he has delivered complex solutions for leading organizations like NASA, Boeing, Teledyne, Halliburton, Schlumberger, and major retailers including Walmart and Kroger. His work has touched nearly every corner of the globe—and beyond, with innovations that can be found miles above us on the International Space Station, as well as deep below the Earth’s surface.
With degrees in Computer Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Technical Management from Texas A&M University, Branden is known for his ability to lead teams through high-stakes, high-impact projects that sit at the intersection of innovation and execution.
