When it comes to Agile- what have we been doing the past 25 years?

We’ve been learning and growing- continuously finding new and better ways to work and solve complex problems using Scrum.  Does it look different sometimes? Sure.  Is there anything better? No.

 

As long as we learn fast from our challenges, adapt quickly while being as transparent as possible and keep the mindset the manifesto authors described, Agile is not dead. It’s alive and well and I can’t wait to share some of the ways teams are adapting the flexible Scrum framework to make it better than ever.
