Stella Ihenacho is a globally recognized Agile Transformation Leader, TEDx speaker, and award-winning Career & Leadership Strategist with a decade-long track record of driving innovation, inclusion, and organizational excellence across the tech landscape.

In her role at Red Hat, Stella leads enterprise Agile transformations in the Data & AI organization, fostering innovation at scale and aligning teams around customer-centric strategies and business outcomes. Her work spans cross-functional alignment, strategic planning, and leadership development—all with a strong orientation toward measurable impact and inclusive growth.

As Co-Founder and Agile Faculty Lead at NSTAR Technologies, she has trained over 1000 professionals, particularly those from non-traditional and underrepresented backgrounds, helping them transition into high-growth Agile and tech roles. Her programs blend mindset coaching, real-world frameworks, and community uplift—driving both economic mobility and career reinvention.

Stella is a member of the PMI-ACP Steering Committee, helping shape global Agile standards, and a TEDx speaker known for translating complex leadership challenges into clear, compelling calls to action.
