In her role at Red Hat, Stella leads enterprise Agile transformations in the Data & AI organization, fostering innovation at scale and aligning teams around customer-centric strategies and business outcomes. Her work spans cross-functional alignment, strategic planning, and leadership development—all with a strong orientation toward measurable impact and inclusive growth.

As Co-Founder and Agile Faculty Lead at NSTAR Technologies, she has trained over 1000 professionals, particularly those from non-traditional and underrepresented backgrounds, helping them transition into high-growth Agile and tech roles.
