Rob brings over 21 years of experience in Agile coaching, technology management, and project leadership. As an Agile Coach at U.S. Cellular, he is passionate about simplifying complex concepts and empowering teams to drive meaningful transformations. With more than 20 Agile and Scrum certifications and a background spanning IT project management, program analysis, and executive tech support, Rob brings a well-rounded perspective to organizational agility.
At Scrum Day 2025, Rob will share practical strategies for optimizing Jira boards to better support self-managing Scrum teams. His session will explore how core Scrum principles, the Four Laws of Combat Leadership, and insights from elite sports teams can help teams embrace Extreme Ownership, improve performance, and create a healthier work-life balance. Outside of work, Rob is an active referee for soccer and lacrosse and a passionate sports fan, supporting teams like the Toronto Maple Leafs and Chicago Bears.
