Scrum Day Madison is excited to announce that Dr. Jeff Sutherland, co-creator of Scrum, will join Scrum Day Madison 2026 as a remote speaker during our in-person conference on October 15, 2026, at the Madison Marriott West.
Jeff’s session, “When the Machine Can Think: Scrum for AI Agent Teams,” will explore how AI agents are reshaping Scrum, teamwork, and product delivery. As AI moves from simple copilots to systems that can participate in the flow of work, Jeff will share why disciplined Scrum becomes even more important—not less.
