Hear from Eric Naiburg about his speech for Scrum Day Madison 2025:
We’re thrilled to welcome Eric Naiburg, Chief Operating Officer at Scrum.org, to Scrum Day Madison 2025. A product leader and agile advocate, Eric will share a practical path for organizations shifting from project-based delivery to true product-led value creation.
Session: Agile Product Operating Model
Title:Â Agile Product Operating Model
When: 1:45–2:40 PM
Where:Â Room GB/Mil/Lax
Scrum thrives when teams are aligned around delivering value—not just outputs. Eric’s talk introduces a structured clarify ownership, and align around measurable outcomes. You’ll learn how moving from a milestone mindset to a value mindset can transform how your organization thinks, funds, and delivers.
Why this matters now
Many organizations say they’re product-led, but still manage work like projects—optimizing for deadlines, handoffs, and utilization. That creates silos and slows down value delivery. Eric will unpack a pragmatic operating model that restores the original promise of Scrum: cross-functional teams working together to move the product forward, adapting quickly as customer needs evolve.
