Chad Beier is an organizational agility advisor and external change agent at Wisconsin Agility, as well as a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org. With experience spanning programmer, project manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and business owner, Chad brings a unique perspective that helps him connect across all levels of an organization.

Jeff Bubolz is a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org and an organizational agility advisor at Wisconsin Agility. With experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developer, Jeff is passionate about tackling organizational challenges that go far beyond technology—focusing instead on structure, process, and people.

Together, Chad and Jeff combine storytelling, practical experience, and a collaborative teaching style to help organizations unlock their agility. Their voices extend worldwide through The Agile Wire Podcast, where they regularly engage with industry leaders, and through their work with Wisconsin Agility they help organizations get agile and stay agile.
