Chad and Jeff’s backstory
Chad is an expert in promoting organizational agility through positive pressure for change. With a diverse background that spans programming, project management, Product Ownership, and business ownership, Chad has the unique ability to connect with people across all levels of an organization and has helped many organizations achieve measurable improvements in agility while balancing efficiency, effectiveness, and predictability.
Jeff brings a collaborative approach to teaching and speaking born from his experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developer. He has worked with companies of all sizes, from start-ups to enterprise-level organizations, finding that most problems are not technology-related but involve issues regarding organizational structure, process, and people. Jeff blends storytelling with his broad experience in the trenches to help companies become more agile and better equipped to respond to change and complexity.
The duo is perhaps best known for their podcast and audio series, The Agile Wire,
where they speak with global industry leaders about the struggles and successes related to organizational agility and Scrum. On the lighter side, Chad performs original songs about agile principles and practices on his popular YouTube channel.
