Nate Adams has spent more than 20 years making software mistakes and has recently begun allowing artificial intelligence to make them much faster.

He is a Senior Staff Engineer at Lee Enterprises, where he works on AI, subscription, and integration systems. His career has included software development, architecture, technical leadership, Agile coaching, and transformation work, giving him the unusual ability to irritate developers and executives in their native dialects.

Nate has been speaking publicly since 2012 about software, Agile, decision-making, and why our processes rarely behave the way the diagram promised. He believes in small batches, fast feedback, pragmatic engineering, and never putting tomatoes in fruit salad.
