Kristen Hires is a servant leader and experienced Scrum Master and Product Owner with a strong commitment to customer service and team empowerment. Kristen began her career in the banking industry, spending 15 years progressing from teller to Team Administrator. During this time, she was selected to participate in user acceptance testing for a major IT initiative—an experience that sparked her passion for technology and inspired her to pursue a career pivot. Following a relocation, she transitioned into IT, where she has spent the past 11 years contributing in roles such as Data Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and now Product Owner. Her strong foundation in customer service continues to shape her leadership style, enabling her to lead with empathy, clarity, and a deep focus on value delivery.
