John R. Quirk is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience aligning business goals with transformative IT strategies. As Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Operations and Security at IAT Insurance Group, John is known for driving innovation, operational excellence, and secure technology solutions at scale.

Throughout his career, John has led large-scale infrastructure transformations, built high-performance DevSecOps platforms, and implemented enterprise-level automation strategies. At IAT Insurance Group, where he has served in leadership since 2019, John oversees mission-critical functions across infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity. Under his leadership, the organization has enhanced its digital capabilities and fortified its operational resilience.

Prior to joining IAT, John spent nearly 12 years at Assurant, where he held a series of executive positions, including Vice President of DevSecOps and Cloud Services and Vice President of Enterprise Technology Solutions. There, he led the development of cloud infrastructure in international markets, significantly accelerated delivery pipelines, and spearheaded enterprise desktop transformations across 15,000+ devices.

Earlier in his career, John also served as IT Director of Enterprise Architecture and IT Director of Operations and Technology Planning at Assurant Health, where he introduced governance frameworks, reduced operational costs, and executed strategic outsourcing and integration initiatives.
