Her work focuses on agentic AI development, spec-driven and test-driven development, and creating governance frameworks that enable teams to move quickly with AI while managing quality and compliance risk.

With a background in business systems analysis, Jamie brings a strong focus on requirements, edge cases, and stakeholder alignment to the emerging world of AI-generated software. She currently leads AI enablement initiatives for a major North American annuity provider, developing quality gates and agentic SDLC workflows for AI-generated code.
