Eric Reighard is an Agile Coach and Senior Scrum Master with a background that spans Agile transformation, instructional design, and organizational learning. He currently serves as Scrum Master II at Sheetz, where he helps teams work more effectively, deliver value consistently, and strengthen collaboration across the organization.

With years of experience coaching both software development and instructional design teams, Eric brings a practical, people-centered approach to Agile. In previous roles at Problem Solutions and Mosaic Learning, he guided teams through Agile adoption, coached leaders on best practices, and helped organizations connect delivery strategy to business outcomes. His work has included leading cross-functional teams, improving workflows, building training programs, and supporting enterprise change through Scrum and Agile principles.

Eric’s career began in education and instructional design, giving him a strong foundation in adult learning, curriculum development, and communication. That blend of facilitation, coaching, and delivery expertise allows him to translate Agile concepts into clear, actionable practices for teams and leaders alike.

He is also an active thought leader in the Agile space, writing and speaking about topics such as Agile transformation, client collaboration, and the evolving role of Scrum Masters in an AI-enabled workplace.
