Elaine Stephens is a seasoned technology executive with a track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering innovative solutions across industries. Currently serving as Head of Customer Engineering for Google Cloud in Wisconsin, Elaine partners with customers to navigate complex business challenges, bringing together cutting-edge cloud technologies and strategic insight to drive sustainable outcomes. She is known for uniting culturally diverse and geographically dispersed teams and for her ability to align enterprise architecture with emerging tech to support growth and transformation.

Before joining Google, Elaine held senior leadership roles across several organizations, including Breakthrough, Oshkosh Corporation, and PHH Arval. She has led global development teams, built Centers of Excellence, driven data science strategy, and overseen system architecture and quality assurance. With a degree from MIT, Elaine brings a thoughtful, rigorous approach to complex problems—while staying deeply focused on value creation and service quality. She'll be joining the “Ask an Executive Anything” panel at Scrum Day Madison on October 16, 2025.
