Edie Berteaux is an IT Project Manager at Exact Sciences, supporting their mission to eradicate cancer through tests that help prevent it and detection that finds it earlier. Her background is as a Scrum Master.

Edie’s introduction to Scrum was in 2015 - its focus on team development immediately resonated with her. She loves coaching teams to Agile mastery through clear communication, by modeling transparency, and by promoting an environment of psychological safety. Creatively leading non-software teams through Agile transformations is a recent challenge that she has adored.

Edie lives in Madison, WI after relocating from Salt Lake City, UT with her husband in 2022.
