Cameron Clinton-Earl is a Senior Scrum Master at WPS, A Health Solutions Company, with experience helping teams and organizations embrace agility, continuous improvement, and more effective ways of working. His background includes roles as an Agile Coach at Northwestern Mutual and Scrum Master at Praecipio and Maya Partners, where he has coached teams, supported Agile transformations, and helped organizations improve communication, transparency, and value delivery.

Cameron brings a uniquely people-centered perspective to Agile coaching. He holds both a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology and an M.S.Ed. in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Northern Illinois University. He is certified in Professional Scrum, Product Ownership, Agile Coaching, and SAFe, combining his understanding of human behavior with practical Agile experience to help individuals and teams grow, collaborate, and continuously improve.
