Head of Milwaukee Agile and Senior Vice President at nvisia
Tracey Barrett is the head of Milwaukee Agile and Senior Vice President at nvisia, a software development partner helping clients transform their IT organizations to compete in the digital age. Her background is as a software developer, software architect and Scrum Master.
Tracey’s first use of Scrum was at GE Healthcare in 2005 as they built a patient monitor. Since then, it has been her go-to model for building large systems in an iterative and achievable way. She has passed this love of Scrum on to her teams.
When she’s not focused on all things agile, Scrum and DevOps, Tracey spends her time at home with her husband, two kids and two dogs. You can talk to her about Beat Saber, Tai Chi and a recent favorite: rebuilding the developer community post-COVID.
