Steve Davidson possesses a rich and diverse three-decade background in the insurance industry, encompassing roles in customer service, claims, compliance, and technology. Since 2004, Steve has been collaborating with various technology teams, beginning with business analysis.  However, once he caught the Agile bug, his future path became unmistakably clear.

 

Initially working to transform the IT area at Connect (formerly Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance), Steve currently leads in the enterprise infrastructure space at American Family Insurance. He characterizes himself as "methodology agnostic," utilizing elements from various processes to match the needs to the particular team or area.
