Keith Thompson is a project manager with 25 years of experience managing highly technical projects through their full project life cycle, starting in the high-risk research phase and flowing through to volume production launch. Keith holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Materials Science, is a 6-sigma black belt, Project Management Professional, Professional Scrum Product Owner, LEAN practitioner and a licensed practitioner with the US Patent & Trademark Office. He is currently the President of PMI-Madison/SouthCentral Wisconsin and is a program manager with the Therapeutics division of Shine Technologies, leading the development and introduction of radio isotopes for use in cancer-fighting, biopharmaceutical treatments. Keith specializes in accelerating product delivery in high-risk research, development and manufacturing projects through the deployment of Agile principles and techniques.
